Worked with multiple development teams to stitch together an end-to-end plan
To ensure the project was launched on-time with no hiccups

An initiative to expedite launching the Yoga fitness discipline introduced a number of challenges that required extensive cross-functional coordination across both internal and external third-party dependencies, mid-sprint estimations, and product scope confirmation.
My contributions
- Created an end-to-end project plan across all impacted work-streams
- Identified & established clarity in deliverable ownerships and scope
- Facilitated and cross-checked delivery commitment
- Coordinated execution between Product, CMS, TPM, and Engineering teams
- Drove and tracked work-stream deliverables
How I helped
To assess whether the the launch was viable in the timeframe management would like to hit, I first identified who the functional work-stream leads were and what they were responsible for across Product, content owners, TPMs, engineering, and QA teams.
Back-to-back feasibility assessments were conducted to clarify scope definition, ownership of product and team deliverables, along with delivery and timeline dependencies across multiple internal and third-party cross functional teams.
This allowed impacted stakeholders to properly plan for next steps based on up-to-date launch timelines and program delivery was on track with adequate buffer room for final tweaks.
Outcome
- Created an end-to-end project plan highlighting linear and parallel work efforts (Gantt)
- Identified and clarified ownership, open items and roadblocks across Product, TPM, CMS and other cross-functional groups
- Successfully drove the project to setup for an on-time delivery and launch
